Greetings Parents of NJ TJJ Bus 6 from the Holy Land!

What an amazing 24 hours!

We started off the day by saying goodbye at JFK and ending up at the greatest place on earth where we’ll spend the next 28 days.

After arriving in Israel and loading the bus we briefly ate a quick lunch and had the ability to change money to new Israeli shekels and insert our Israeli SIM cards.

While fighting off  jet lag we headed north to the Golan Heights. Along the way, we stopped at Yosef and Rachel Stechler’s home at Zichron Yaakov for an icebreaker activity, yummy snacks and prayed the afternoon prayers (Mincha). 

We reached our location at Alonei Habashan, ate dinner, reviewed the rules of trip at a short orientation and prepared for a great day of raft building, water sports at Lake Kinneret and a boat cruise that are all planned for tomorrow!
