Dear NCSY Parents of TJJ NJ Bus 6,

We are so excited that TJJ 2017 is finally underway!!!

It was amazing meeting those parents that came to JFK to see us off, we really appreciated your well wishes and we miss you already!! Be sure to look out for many more updates like this to hear about the amazing time we are having on TJJ!

Following our arrival in Ben Gurion Airport we were met by our Israeli Tour Guide and medic/armed guard. We began our very first bus ride by travelling north to the beautiful Golan Heights, stopping on the way in Caesarea to take in the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Our first hotel is in the Southern Golan Heights town of Afik where we have breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Following dinner and a program orientation we are turning in for the night so that we can be ready to tackle the rest of the summer refreshed and energized!

We look forward to an amazing day day tomorrow as we will be hiking the Jilabun river and visiting the De Karina chocolate factory before getting ready for Shabbat!
